The last chance to sign up and play at Stamford Bridge in aid of CLIC Sargent is fast approaching.

Playing on the same pitch as your heroes is the dream of many a Chelsea fan, and we are able to offer you the opportunity in aid of our national charity partner, which raises money for children suffering from cancer.

You can take part as an individual in an 11-a-side game with Chelsea legends John Hollins and Kerry Dixon managing teams, or as a part of a six-a-side team in a tournament.

Each 11-a-side team will comprise 16 people with each player being guaranteed no less than 45 minutes of actual playing time. You can bid to play in a particular position in either of the teams and the highest bids for each position will win the right to play.

Alternatively there is a 'Buy it now' price of £1,000 + VAT which can immediatelysecure your position on a first come first served basis.

All players will also get to play in a penalty shootout competition against Peter Bonetti or one of Chelsea's other former goalkeeping legends with a trophy going to the winner.

Every player will also receive a signed shirt and a commemorative medal, making it a day to remember. You will also get to mingle and have your photographs taken with the many Chelsea legends and other celebrities present.

The six-a-side tournament will then be played in the evening and will comprise of 16 teams playing in four groups. These teams will then progress into the knockout round and onto the final.

Each team, which will be made up of 10 players and have unlimited substitutions, will be designated a Chelsea legend as their manager as well as being provided with their very own embroidered team shirts. There will also be team photos, with or without celebrities, available for every team.

You can guarantee a place for your team in the tournament for £5,000 (plus VAT), teams will be served on a first come, first served basis.

The tournament will then be followed with a three-course dinner, speeches and the presentation of various trophies, medals and awards. There will also be an auction of Chelsea memorabilia, helping to raise extra funds for CLIC Sargent.

Players may also invite as many spectators as they wish to come to the Bridge and watch them play, so why not tell your friends and family about it and get them to cheer you on!
