Born 9.12.92 in Kosice, Slovakia
Joined Chelsea at Under 14s when his family moved to England from Slovakia. A wide player who is very quick and predominantly right-sided, Milan can play anywhere across the front three and featured for the youth team and reserves in 2009/10. Played his part in bringing the FA Youth Cup to Stamford Bridge and featured in the first-team pre-season games in July.

Last season he was a key member of Steve Holland's reserve side, frequently playing down the middle of an attacking three where his pace could help him get in behind opposition defences. He contributed six goals in 17 appearances as we wrapped up the national reserve league title.

Previously an Under 19 international, he made his debut for Slovakia Under 21s in February 2011.

Having completed a reserve team pre-season, he joined Doncaster Rovers on a one-month loan deal on August 18. An impressive few weeks saw that deal extended for another month until October. In total he made six appearances before returning to Chelsea.

At the end of January 2012, Milan made a second loan move, to Dutch side ADO Den Haag, to last until the end of the season.
