The Player of the Year Awards dinner for 2012 has been confirmed as Thursday 10th May.

Tickets will be going on sale on Thursday 1st March. Last year tickets sold out in a record 5 days so if you would like to be added to the waiting list please email specialevents@chelseafc.com

Use the form below to cast your vote for the 2011/2012 Chelsea Player of the Year.  Voting closes on May 7th with the winner announced at the annual dinner on May 10th.

Last season's Goal of the Season was won by Ramires' solo effort against Manchester City.  You can see all last years nominations above.

The voting for the 2011/12 Goal of the Season will take place closer to the end of the season towards the end of April, so check back then for this years selection.
