You can update your personal details by using the My Account section. Log in as normal, click the My Account link displayed on the screen, and choose Update Personal Details' to update.

My Account also allows you to update your 'Payment Details'. You can also change your email address and password here.

To update your payment details, you will need to select Change my credit card/direct debit details and this will take you into the payment screen.
Please note that you are unable to change your username once registered.

The new Chelsea TV Online service is provided by a different supplier to Chelsea TV Plus however your is still subscription is still valid.

If you already have an existing ChelseaFC.com login your subscription will have been added to that account and you will need to use that email address and password to accces it. If you are unable to remember these details please Contact Us.

If you did not have an existing ChelseaFC.com account then the email address and password that you registered on Chelsea TV Plus will apply.

You were sent an email providing instructions on how you should access your account. If you are unable to find the email or if your login details do not work please Contact Us.

Please note that the change of supplier means that any automated subscription payment will no longer be processed. As such your subscription may have expired.

If your subscription has expired you will have to login to your account and purchase a subscription to access Chelsea TV Online.

When you subscribed to the Chelsea FC International Membership scheme you were sent an email containing either:

A username and password which you should be able to use to login into Chelsea TV Online

or....

A "magic number" code and a link to a page to use the code.

Chelsea TV subscribers are able to use their Sky Viewer Card number to access Chelsea TV Online. If you have not yet activated your subscription you will need to visit the promo page, enter your Sky Viewer Card number and your personal details.

Important - please note that this service is only available from 17/07/10 and it will take approximately one month after your subscription to Chelsea TV to access Chelsea TV Online.
