Match tickets for games usually go on sale approximately 4 weeks before the date of the game.   The standard selling procedure is as follows :

1st week - Members only

2nd week - Members & Season ticket holders can purchase 2 extra tickets

3rd & 4th week - If any tickets remain, these go on general sale to non-members. 

See the availability page for details on the exact date when a game may go on general sale.  Be aware however that many games become sold out in the first two weeks to members and season ticket holders, so therefore do not ever go on general sale.
