From The North:
Use the Ml and come off at Junction 2/3. Take the A1 until it joins the A406 North Circular Road, then follow it east for 16 miles up to the A214 Barking Road. Turn right here onto the Barking Road and follow it for two miles. Turn right into Green Street and Upton Park is on the right.
From The West:
Head towards London on the M4, turn off onto the A406 North Circular Road and head east. Continue on the North Circular for 25 miles until you reach the A214 Barking Road. Turn right onto the Barking Road and follow it for two miles. Turn right into Green Street and Upton Park is on the right.
From The South West:
Use the M3 and then the M25 east. Continue for 10 miles until you reach Junction 15, then turn off onto the M4. Follow it until you reach the A406 North Circular Road and head east. Continue on the North Circular for 25 miles until you reach the A214 Barking Road. Turn right here onto the Barking Road and follow it for two miles. From The East:
Use the M11 and at Junction 4 come off onto the A406. Follow it for four miles and then turn off on to the A214 Barking Road. Continue along until you come to Green Street and Upton Park is on your right.
By Train
Use the District Line tube to Upton Park (closest but packed after the match). Alternatively use East Ham or Plaistow (a further walk but quieter).
