Unfortunately it is not possible for the club to provide signed merchandise for fans. Only charity requests would be considered for signed merchandise

Chelsea is happy to consider requests for signed merchandise for registered charities however due to the overwhelming demand we regret that it is not possible for the club to meet all these requests.

If applying via email the club will try to respond within 5 working days.

Sadly due to similar demands we cannot provide signed merchandise for fans or for fans to send merchandise for players to sign.

The club work with an official charitable partner - Right To Play. We regret that most of our resources are given to this charity, however we will try and offer our support to other charitable organizations when we can.

A:

There is a restriction on various items which stewards will not allow into the stadium. Cameras generally are fine EXCEPT for professional ones. You will not be able to take into the ground: - glasses - bottles – drink cans – gas canisters – fireworks – flag poles – darts – knives – tools – umbrellas

A:

Season tickets are sold out for the 2014/15 season. Should season tickets become available for next season they will be sold to members on a loyalty point basis from the previous season.

A:

The stadium is a no smoking area – complying with the law, this means that the public are not allowed to smoke anywhere once they have entered the stadium. A no re-admittance policy applies so if a member of the public leaves to smoke they will NOT be re-admitted.

A:

The club does not accept ad-hoc applications but only in response to specific vacancies.  You will need to look at our vacancies page to see if there are currently any jobs available to be applied for and if you have the nceccessary qualifications.

 

A:

If you have a lot of luggage then you can leave it with the concierge at the hotel who will keep it with them for the duration of the game (this is only for big luggage i.e suitcases). For hand held luggage you should be fine although please be aware that it may get searched.

A:

unfortuanatly we do not have a service to scatter ashes.

 

Is there any other service you can offer?

We do have a memorial wall for memorial plaques.  The Memorial wall is situated inside the stadium on the south lower concourse.  There is no charge for this service.

You can log feedback or make a complaint in the following two ways:

Once the letter or email has arrived with our Customer Service Co-ordinator a confirmation email will be sent to the customer within 48 hours to confirm the complaint has been logged and a reference number will be given. The logged complaint will then be passed to the relevant department to be dealt with direct with the customer.

Chelsea will use its best endeavours to respond to a written complaint within 14 days from receipt of the complaint. If it is felt the complaint cannot be resolved within that time, an acknowledgement of the communication will be made as an interim measure.

We have 5 spaces for Disabled Fans (can be our members or visiting club’s disabled persons). Those people who have been allocated a space must be here at least 2hours before kick off.

To reserve a disabled parking space please call 0871 984 1955 and ask to speak to the Disabled Parking Officer or click here (add link to web enquiries) to email your request putting it for the attention of the Disabled Parking Officer.

If you are not lucky enough reserve one of our limited disabled match day parking spaces we recommend that you arrange to be dropped off at Stamford Bridge at least 2 hours before kick off.

Big screen messages are available for all Premiership, FA Cup and Capital One Cup home games and are not available for UEFA Champions League games. Messages should be a maximum of 20 words and will appear on the Big Screens for approx 2 mins whilst being read out. We must have the messages no later than 48 hours before a match.

    There is no parking on site on a matchday. The nearest parking will be Fulham Broadway station (although this closes to all traffic 2hours and 30 mins prior to any kick off) or the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital car park.

    TRANSPORT OPTIONS

    The nearest tube station is Fulham Broadway on the District Line.  Take a train to Earls Court and change for Wimbledon-bound trains. There are two Overground stations near to Stamford Bridge, the closest being West Brompton. The second station, which is about a 15-minute walk from the stadium, is Imperial Wharf station. These are both on a direct line to Clapham Junction station amongst others.

    There are two bus stops outside Stamford Bridge on the Fulham Road. Fans can get to the stadium using the number 14, 211 and 414 buses.

    River Boats run Monday to Friday. The closest pier to Stamford Bridge is Chelsea Harbour. Boats that stop at this pier run between Putney Pier and Blackfriars Pier. The latest eastbound boat arrives at Chelsea Harbour around 6.20pm. The latest westbound boat arrives at 7.35pm.

    There is a cycle shed made available for cyclists at Stamford Bridge.  Note this can get crowded on a match day so you are advised to arrive early.  You will also be asked by the police to walk with your bike the last section of Fulham Road when there are matchday crowds on the road.

    Stamford Bridge is on the Fulham Road and is accessible on foot from all directions - a map would be advised for those not familiar with the area.

    There is no coach parking on matchdays at Stamford Bridge and only by prior appointment on non-matchdays.  

    On matchdays coaches typically park on Imperial Road to the south of the stadium.

    Fans are advised NOT to drive to Stamford Bridge due to resident parking restrictions in the area around the stadium, especially on matchdays.

     

    Driving from The North, East or West:

    Use the M25 to Junction 15 and turn off onto the M4 towards London. Follow the M4 which becomes the A4 up to Hammersmith. Go over the Hammersmith Flyover and a further 1.5 miles before turning off for Earls Court. Go past Earls Court station and across Old Brompton Road, eventually reaching Fulham Road. Turn right at the traffic lights. After 600 yards, the ground is on the right. Parking is difficult very close to the ground. 

     

    Driving from The South:

    Cross the river at Wandsworth Bridge and head up Wandsworth Bridge Road. At the junction with New King's Road, turn right and then immediately left. This will take you up to Fulham Broadway. Turn right onto Fulham Road and the ground is 400 yards on the left. Parking is difficult very close to the ground. 

    A paid underground car park is available on non-matchdays only.
