Disabled supporters tickets are only available to disabled members of Chelsea Football Club. Rota members will automatically receive tickets when it's their turn on the rota. Match members can apply 42 days before a game via fax, email or post.    Application forms are available here can be sent out to members who don't have access to internet or fax.

DISABLED SUPPORTERS Ticket Loyalty Scheme

For the 2012/2013 season, a loyalty scheme will operate to match members for home and away matches. Loyalty points will be given to match members who have purchased the most disabled supporter tickets for home and away matches during the season.

Chelsea FC reserves the right to apply the loyalty scheme when considering applications for disabled supporters tickets to any fixture, if required.

DISABLED SUPPORTERS APPLICATION PROCESS (PROOF OF DISABILITY)

Chelsea FC reserves the right to request "proof of a disability" before issuing a disabled supporters season ticket or membership for disabled supporters for the coming season 2011-2012. This season all applicants (including disabled supporters season ticket holders and members renewing) must include proof of disability with their application.

Such proof shall include one of the following:

- Receipt of the middle or higher rate of the Disability Living Allowance (mobility or care component)

- Receipt of either the Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance

- A personal letter from the hospital or your GP confirming that you are a disabled person with a recognised impairment that requires extra help

- A personal letter from the local authority social services department that the person is in receipt of support services.

NB receipt of an Orange/Blue badge will not be considered sufficient proof of disability for a disabled supporters ticket under the Ticketing Policies and Club Schemes for disabled supporters season 2012-2013.

All existing disabled members or disabled season ticket holders will be required to produce proof of disability.
