The fixture dates and venues have been set for Chelsea's participation in the group stage of the inaugural UEFA Youth League.

The competition, which is for Under-19 sides from clubs which qualified for the senior UEFA Champions League, is subject to the same group stage draw as the first team competition.

Therefore, Chelsea Under-19s will open the campaign at home to Basel Under-19s and four of the matches will be on the same day as the corresponding first team fixtures, with the Under-19 home matches against Schalke and Steaua Bucharest taking place the night before.

As last season for the NextGen Series matches, our Under-19s will be managed by Dermot Drummy.

Please note, spectators will not be admitted to Cobham for the home match against Basel, but entry will be free to the other two home group games which take place at Aldershot Town FC.

For fans travelling abroad, there is also free entry to the three away fixtures.

There will be coverage of the UEFA Youth League on Chelsea TV - live matches to be determined at a later date.

The top two teams in each group progress through to the round of 16 although the knockout stage differs from the senior Champions League as the ties are one leg only. The winners of the group will have home advantage and play a team who were runners up in another group. A team from the same country cannot be drawn.

The quarter-final stage will be an open draw with the home team determined by the draw. The semi-final and final will be held at a neutral venue in Nyon, Switzerland over 10-14 April.

There have also been some amendments to the Chelsea Under-21 team's league fixtures.

Home games will be played at Aldershot Town FC, with the exception of the matches against Manchester City (6 October) and Blackburn Rovers (28 March), which will be played at Stamford Bridge.

For Under-21 games at Aldershot, Chelsea season ticket holders and Aldershot season ticket holders have free entry on production of their season tickets. All other prices are £3 and £1 concessions.
