The East Stand Family Centre will operate in the East Stand Lower and will offer concessionary seating to juniors and senior citizens.
Adult tickets in the East Lower must be accompanied by a junior at all matches (at a ratio of no more than two adult seats per junior seat).

HOW DO I EARN LOYALTY POINTS, AND HOW DO I USE THEM?
Loyalty points are accumulated by attending home and away fixtures throughout the season. Points will be issued per match and not per match ticket. Loyalty points take a minimum of 48 hours to be added to your account once a sale has been processed.
Category AA home and away matches against Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur will be sold to members on a loyalty point basis. We will also sell our last home and away fixture on loyalty points irrespective of the opponent. The away matches at Bournemouth, Crystal Palace, Watford and West Ham United will also be sold on a loyalty point basis.
For further information on our loyalty point scheme, please visit our Loyalty Points page.

DO YOU OFFER A TICKET EXCHANGE IF I WANT TO SELL MY TICKET
Yes, there is an in-house ticket exchange for this season, visit the Ticket Exchange page for more details.
The Ticket Exchange was introduced by the club in season 2014/15 and it has replaced Viagogo as the outlet for season ticket holders to sell their seats on a match by match basis to other season ticket holders and members.
Loyalty points are not awarded for tickets purchased through this service and you do not require loyalty points to purchase.
Tickets go on sale at 10am on the day the fixture goes on sale and off sale at 3pm the last working day before the match.
All tickets purchased through the exchange will be at one ticket per member and transactions will be processed by the ticket office.
Selling - How does it work?
Season ticket holders can ‘list’ their seat(s) 42 days before a game they are unable to attend and recoup the cost of their ticket at the pro-rata price (subject to the ticket being sold).
There is a separate log in area for the ticket exchange and you are able to access this using your season ticket/membership number and your date of birth in an eight-digit format – DDMMYYYY.
Tickets will need to be listed individually so if you hold more than one season ticket, please be advised that you need to log in to each account and add them to the exchange separately.
Your seat will be listed in alphanumerical order. If you list more than one Season Ticket they will be displayed next to each other, this will show other season ticket holders and members that there are seats available together.
Season ticket holders who have sold their tickets successfully shall be reimbursed within 7 working days after the match has been played.
Buying – How does it work?
One of the benefits of being a season ticket holder or member is the ability to purchase tickets through our Ticket Exchange.
Tickets that have been listed will be shown at the full match ticket price for members, in exactly the same format as purchasing tickets through the ticket office.
Tickets will then be posted to you, subject to there being enough time to receive them. If there is not enough time, as indicated by our match selling details, we will hold them at the ticket office for collection. In order to collect tickets, you will need to present your season ticket or membership card, photographic ID and your confirmation email at the ticket office.

HOW DO I REPORT ILLEGAL TOUTING?
Valid tickets for Chelsea matches should only be sold at the face value shown on the ticket. If you pay more than the face value or have bought the ticket from a tout or an unauthorised online ticket agency your ticket will be invalid and you are likely to be refused entry or ejected from the stadium.
However, if you send details of the tickets to email@example.com the matter will be investigated. The unauthorised sale of football tickets is a criminal offence under UK law.
If you think you have been the victim of ticket fraud Chelsea FC strongly recommends that you report the matter through the official channels via ‘ACTION FRAUD’.
If you would like more assistance from Chelsea FC on the subject, you can contact our security team on firstname.lastname@example.org
Information on touting can be found on the Chelsea FC official website. A list of unauthorised agents/websites will be available here
If you would like to purchase genuine tickets, we advise you to become a member of Chelsea FC. Memberships for the 2019/20 season can be purchased here.
