WHY IS MY MEMBERSHIP NOT ACTIVE?
Memberships take a minimum of 48 hours to activate and 72 hours via the ticket exchange.
A membership card will be sent out via Royal Mail within 28 days of purchase for new members. Your card will have your name and membership number printed on it.

There are different tiers from which to choose, all with priority ticket access plus a range of other benefits available.
Depending on your tier of membership, many of our packages come with other fantastic benefits.
As a Chelsea FC Member, not only do you pay £5 less than non-members for match tickets (or £2.50 less if you are a junior member), you have a priority booking period for every home and away game. With more and more members joining each year (last season was a record membership level), becoming a member is the best way to gain access to match tickets. Members are also allocated 40% of away match ticket allocations.
Our members’ loyalty point system means that sought after tickets, such as cup finals and semi-finals, will be available to those members who have accumulated the most loyalty points over the season.
Please note that the category AA matches against Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur will be sold to members on a loyalty point basis. Points are accumulated by attending matches, the more games you attend the more points you will accumulate. We will also sell our last home and away fixtures on a loyalty points basis irrespective of the opponents.

HOW MUCH DOES A MEMBERSHIP COST?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MEMBER'S PACK?
If applicable to your tier of membership, your membership pack will be sent out from October onwards.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PERSONAL DETAILS AND INFORM THE CLUB OF MY CHANGE OF ADDRESS?
You can change your address by logging in to your online account here, and clicking on ‘My Account/Friends and Family’, where you can enter your new address and click ‘Save Changes’ at the bottom. This will then update on your account as well as our database.
The ticket office can only change your address if you provide us with proof of your new address.
This can be an official letter from your utility provider, bank/building society, doctor or a department of local government.
You can email this document to firstname.lastname@example.org informing us you would like to update your address.
Alternatively, you can post a copy of the document to the below address with your Season Ticket/Membership number informing us that you would like to update your address.

CAN I PURCHASE A SEASON TICKET?
