All training sessions at Stamford Bridge and the training ground are private and are not open to the public.
CAN I USE THE CHELSEA LOGO / CREST ON UNOFFICAL MERCHANDISE?
For personal non-commercial use you can use the logo, but, for anything else you must contact General Enquiries with your full proposal, and your correspondence will be passed onto the relevant department to look into.
HOW CAN I GET SIGNED MERCHANDISE?
Due to the amount of requests we receive we do not send out any individually signed shirts, photographs or autographs of the players, and we only deal with the registered charities regarding signed merchandise.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR A DONATION TO A CHARITY AUCTION?
Chelsea FC is happy to consider requests for signed merchandise for registered charities. However, due to the overwhelming demand we regret it is not possible for the club to meet all these requests.
If it is not a registered charity applying, but you are applying on behalf of a charity, you may need to supply a covering letter from the charity in question.
If applying via email the club will try to respond within five working days.
If applying via post it could take up to 28 days for response.

- Sadly, due to demand, we cannot provide signed merchandise for fans or deal with items sent in by fans for players to sign.
The club work with an official charitable partner - Plan International. Most of our resources are given to this charity, however we will try to offer our support to other charitable organisations when we can.
ARE THERE ANY PROHIBITED ITEMS WHICH CANNOT BE TAKEN INTO THE STADIUM?
Please note there are restrictions on various items being brought to Stamford Bridge, and stewards will not permit them into the stadium on a match day. Cameras generally are fine EXCEPT for professional ones, with detachable lens. Selfie sticks are NOT allowed. You will not be able to take into the ground: - glasses – bottles (this includes glass, metal, plastic thermos, reuseable bottles, and flasks) – drink cans – gas canisters – fireworks/flares – flag poles – darts – knives – tools – umbrellas – musical instruments.

IS THERE ANYWHERE THAT I CAN LEAVE MY BAG WHILE I ATTEND THE GAME?
Bag searches are carried out on our main gates upon entering the stadium. Backpacks are allowed, but must fit under your seat. Anything larger than a backpack will not be allowed in by our stewards, and we do not have storage facilities on site for larger items.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE GROUND?
The stadium is a no smoking area – complying with the law. This means the public are not allowed to smoke anywhere once they have entered the stadium. A no re-admittance policy applies so if a member of the public leaves to smoke they will NOT be re-admitted.

DO YOU HAVE A SERVICE FOR ASHES TO BE SCATTERED?
We do not offer a service of scattering ashes here at Stamford Bridge. We do however, have a memorial wall where you can have a plaque put up in the memory of your loved one. The wall is situated inside the Stadium, on the south lower concourse. For further information on the memorial wall please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW DO I GIVE FEEDBACK OR MAKE A COMPLAINT?
You can log feedback or make a complaint in the following two ways:

Once the letter or email has arrived with our Supporter Service Co-ordinator, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer within 48 hours to confirm the complaint has been logged and a reference number will be given. The logged complaint will then be passed to the relevant department to be dealt with direct with the customer.
Chelsea will use our best endeavours to respond to a written complaint within 14 days from receipt of the complaint. If it is felt the complaint cannot be resolved within that time, an acknowledgement of the communication will be made as an interim measure.
HOW DO I GET AN ANNOUNCEMENT IN THE MATCHDAY PROGRAMME?
Should you wish for something to be published on the message board in the match day programme please send a photograph along with the fans’ details, and a message up to 25 words long by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to the below address:

There are limited spaces available, so send your entry in early to make sure you get your choice of game, also please ensure that the image you are sending is of high quality. Please note all appearances in the matchday programme are completely free.
HOW CAN I HAVE A HALF-TIME MESSAGE ON THE BIG SCREEN?
We have two large screens within the stadium which play the match live and show highlights and statistics. We are also able to show 15 birthday and welcome messages at half time for our fans!

Please kindly note that messages are allocated on a first come first served basis and messages should be emailed over 48 hours before the match to be considered. CFC reserve the right to refuse inappropriate messages.
Please note, messages cannot be shown during a Champions League game.
IS THERE PARKING AT THE STADIUM ON A MATCH DAY?
Our underground car park on match days is closed, with exception for disabled parking spaces.
There is parking available at Fulham Broadway which is a three minute walk from the Stamford Bridge, you can find further details here. To ease congestion in the area, this closes for two and a half hours before kick-off and reopens five minutes after kick-off. It then closes 15 minutes before full time, for approximately one hour.
There is also a car park at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital which is a 10 minute walk from the stadium, further details can be found here.
Pay & display bays are available around the Stamford Bridge area. These are regulated by The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, and you can find out charges and the location of parking bays here.
