HOW DO I DELETE MY WEBSITE ACCOUNT
If you just want to unsubscribe from marketing emails from the club you can do that by either clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any email received. Or log into your Account and change the "Contact Preferences".
If you want to delete your account entirley please contact Web Support here.
DO I HAVE TO PAY TO WATCH VIDEOS OR ARE THEY FREE?
All videos on the website are now free, you simply need to create an account and be logged in to watch.
IS CHELSEA TV STILL WORKING
Chelsea TV ended as 24/7 channel on Sky on the 1st July 2019 and moved it's content and live shows online onto the website and 5th Stand app.
WHY CAN'T I PLAY ANY VIDEOS
Before contacting us, there are a few things you can try.
- Log out and back in
- Do a password reset
- If you have AdBlock, don't run in on chelseafc.com
- Try an incognito/private window
- try temporarily disabling any firewall software you have installed
- Try a different browser - we recomment Chrome or Firefox

CAN I WATCH MATCHES LIVE
Due to broadcasting rights we are unable to stream live video coverage of our first team's matches.
We do broadcast a live pre-match and post-match show, and also live audio commentary during the actual game on both the website and app. Also we do provide extended highlights and full match replays of each game (uploaded as 2 separate halves), which you can find here
