Chelsea FC Foundation - Pan-disability football programme
Through the foundation we are delighted to offer pan-disability football sessions that give people of all ages and abilities the opportunity to continue playing football.
The Chelsea Champions are a team within Chelsea FC Foundation who work alongside secondary school students to provide initiatives and interventions to improve young people's emotional well-being and resilience through universal, targeted and individual interventions.
Chelsea Champion, Jonathan says: ‘It’s been a difficult few months for not just us at home in the UK, but everyone around the world. There’s a real sense of fear right now but, oddly enough, I’ve seen a lot of kindness and generosity these past few months.

Find out about some of our past projects. Incliding students spending the day taking part in outdoor activities, revision sessions and well-being sessions.
An example is a collaboratation with the MET Police Taskforce saw officers working alongside our Chelsea Champions to deliver a 5 week project aiming to break down barriers between the Police and teenagers in London.
