Gianluca Vialli

Gianluca Vialli arrived as a star signing under Ruud Gullit's management in 1996 and went onto make 88 appearances scoring 40 goals.

He then stepped in to take over from the Dutchman in 1998 also initially as a player/manager.

Under Vialli Chelsea would go onto lift the 1998 League cup, the 1998 Cup Winners Cup and the 2000 FA Cup in a highly successful 2 year spell.
