Update on stadium planning application process

Last November a planning application was submitted to our local authority, Hammersmith and Fulham Council, for permission to expand the seating capacity at Stamford Bridge.

The assessment of the planning application then commenced with a public consultation on the proposals.

The results of that consultation were fed into the ongoing work on the proposals, which we have continued with the local authority.

The planning application therefore progresses on course and on time; the next stage is the second consultation, when the continuing work on the proposals is shared with the community.

We are pleased to announce that the second consultation period opens today 9 September and will run until 7 October.

As previously, full details of the proposals are available on the council website. The ongoing work on the application can be viewed here.

Also, all comments on the proposals are welcome via the council website; the council take into account all representations made to them during the consultation period.

Thank you for your continued engagement and support.
