PMB: Chelsea v Swansea City - the numbers

Our build-up to this Saturday's match at the Bridge continues with a selection of facts and figures from club statistician Paul Dutton…

Chelsea in Numbers

After 25 games this season, the Blues have won twice as many points as last term (60/30).

Antonio Conte’s side have won 14 of our 15 league and cup matches at Stamford Bridge this season, losing just to Liverpool in September.

We are 25 points better off than from games against the equivalent opposition last season.

Conte’s players have scored the opening goal more times than any other Premier League team this season (19) and have yet to lose (16 wins, three draws).

Only Arsenal and Liverpool (both 54) have scored more Premier League goals than Chelsea (52).

No team has conceded fewer Premier League goals than Chelsea (18).

Eden Hazard has been fouled 250 times in the Premier League since 2014/15, which is 43 more times than any other player.

Robbie Brady’s equaliser at Burnley was the first goal we have conceded from a direct free-kick for 147 Premier League games.
