Conditions of Issue
All supporters purchasing a ticket will automatically accept the Conditions of Sale and Ground Regulations as set up by Wembley Stadium.
Dispatching of tickets
All tickets will be posted out by Royal Mail special delivery as recommended by The FA. All tickets must be signed for at the time of delivery. If supporters are not able to sign for the tickets when they are delivered, the tickets will then be held at the local sorting office to be collected.
The cost to send the tickets out via Special Delivery is £6.20. Therefore, a transaction fee of £6.20 will be added to each transaction and the usual £1.50 fee waived for this match.
All tickets will be dispatched on Thursday 20 July.
Supporters who do not receive their tickets by post should contact the ticket office from 9.15am until 4pm on Friday 4 August. Duplicate tickets cannot be requested if tickets are waiting to be collected from a local sorting office.
Supporters will receive 5 loyalty points for this match.
Tickets for this match and the Tottenham Hotspur away league match will be sold using last seasons (2016/17) loyalty points. Once the Community Shield and Tottenham Away matches are sold out, the loyalty points from last season will be removed and the 2017/18 season’s points will be added.
