The Blues have scored some memorable goals against Arsenal over the years, and Michael Essien's long-range thunderbolt at the Bridge in 2006/07 is right up there with the very best.

We welcome the Gunners to Stamford Bridge tomorrow evening, for a Carabao Cup semi-final first leg, and we’ve recaptured that cracker from the Ghanaian in a unique way on our social channels.

While our former midfielder was on duty for the club during our Premier League Trophy Tour in New York recently, we arranged for him to meet up with artist Case Jernigan – who has been working on animations of Chelsea goals throughout this season for our Instagram page – to help put the finishing touches to his interpretation of the club's 2007 Goal of the Season.
