The exclusive poppy-embroidered match-issued shirts from our Premier League fixture against Everton at Stamford Bridge in November are now available to buy to raise valuable funds for the Royal British Legion.
The shirts with the poppy on the chest are being auctioned via eBay. The poppy is the official symbol of the Legion and originates from the poppy fields of Flanders, the scene of some of the most tragic battles in the First World War.
Also, for the second year running, poppy-embroidered match-issued shirts from Chelsea Women’s 2-0 away victory over West Ham United will also be available to buy, including the shirt of Ramona Bachmann, who was the scorer of both goals against the Hammers.
Each shirt is signed by the respective player with all money raised going towards the Legion, which helps men and women from the Armed Forces and their families, offering financial, social and emotional support.
