Chelsea will kick off the 2018/19 Premier League season with a trip to Huddersfield Town before hosting Arsenal in our first home game of the campaign.
For our visit to Huddersfield on the first day of the new term, scheduled for Saturday August 11 (although all dates are subject to change), the Blues will be aiming for a repeat of the 3-1 win achieved there last season. We will meet Arsenal, with a new Gunners manager at the helm for the first time in 22 years, a week later at the Bridge before ending August with a trip north to Newcastle.
Home matches against Liverpool, Manchester United and Manchester City all come before Christmas with a trip to Tottenham on 24 November. Boxing Day brings an away day at nearby Watford with a visit to Crystal Palace also coming before our home game against Southampton on New Year’s Day.
Spurs will visit the Bridge midweek on Wednesday 27 February and we end the season away at Leicester City on Sunday May 12. The full fixture list can be seen below.
Please note, all fixtures are subject to change. TV selections are due to commence on Friday 15 June for those matches scheduled until Monday 1 October.
Some games may move from a Saturday due to our participation in the Europa League. Games especially affected by this are those scheduled for:
