Blackman begins Leeds loan

Goalkeeper Jamal Blackman will spend a second season on loan in Yorkshire, this time at Leeds United.

The 24-year-old Chelsea Academy product also played in the Championship last season, at Sheffield United, where he gained plenty of experience as the Bramall Lane side narrowly missed out on the promotion play-offs. He played 33 times and kept nine clean sheets.

An FA Youth Cup winner with Chelsea and a former England Under-19 international, Blackman will be joining another young Chelsea player, Lewis Baker, who is also on loan at Leeds.
