We take a look at what is in store for all our teams in the month of March...
We start another busy month of action with our shortest away trip of the season. Our first visit to Fulham in five years is this Sunday at 2.05pm.
Then it’s back down the Fulham Road to Stamford Bridge for our next European test on Thursday 7 March. Dynamo Kiev are in town for the first leg of our Europa League round of 16 meeting, and tickets are now on general sale. It’s an 8pm start in SW6.
The return leg in Ukraine is a week later, on Thursday 14 March at 5.55pm.
Should we progress past Dynamo Kiev, the draw for the Europa League quarter-finals will take place from 12 noon on Friday 15 March.
Before then we host Wolves at the Bridge on Sunday 10 March. That’s another 2.05pm league start.
Hot on the heels of the trip to Eastern Europe is a journey to England’s North-West to play Everton. Kick-off at Goodison Park on Sunday 17 March is at 4.30pm.
There follows a break for international football with Euro 2020 qualifiers dominating the agenda in Europe.
But there is one final match before the month is out, and it’s a third consecutive away game in a third different country as we head to Wales to take on Cardiff City. That’s at 2.05pm on Sunday 31 March.
Currently internationals are taking precedence in the women’s game, but when attention returns to domestic football Emma Hayes’s side have five matches in 18 days across three different competitions.
The first is at Prenton Park when we meet Liverpool on Wednesday 13 March, kick-off 7pm, in the WSL.
Then it’s off to the other side of the country to play Durham on Sunday 17 March at noon. That’s an FA Cup quarter-final tie and subsidised travel to the North-East is available.
Our long-awaited Champions League quarter-final meeting with PSG follows. The first leg at Kingsmeadow, for which tickets are now on sale, is on Thursday 21 March at 7.05pm, with the return in the French capital on Wednesday 27 March at 6pm.
March finishes with a home game against West Ham on Sunday 31 March, kick-off 2pm.
