The ticket selling information for our home Europa League semi-final second leg against Eintracht Frankfurt has been announced.

Dispatching of tickets

Tickets will be posted out via first class immediately.

Supporters from the UK who purchase tickets after Tuesday 7 May will need to collect their tickets from the ticket office on the day of the match.

Supporters who live in Europe who purchase tickets after Thursday 2 May will need to collect their tickets from the ticket office on the day of the match.

Supporters outside of Europe who purchase tickets after Thursday 25 April will need to collect their tickets from the ticket office on the day of the match.


Displaced season ticket holders
All season ticket holders who have been displaced (seat details below) will be able to go online and purchase another ticket within the stadium. This can also be applied for by personal callers at the ticket office or via telephone sales on 0371 811 1905 before the tickets go on sale to members.

Duplicate tickets
Supporters who do not receive their tickets by post should visit the ticket office on the day of the match with photo ID and where applicable the season ticket/membership card.

Duplicate tickets will only be given to each individual season ticket holder or member.

Tickets for the Europa League semi-final are priced at £30 for adults and £15 for seniors and juniors in all non-hospitality areas of the stadium.

Thursday 18 April until Tuesday 23 April at 5pm: Season tickets holders can purchase their own seat.

Wednesday 24 April: As per the ticketing policy, the season ticket holders who have not purchased a seat will be able to purchase any remaining seat that has not been taken by fellow season ticket holder in the reservation period.

Friday 26 April from 7am until 9.30am: Tickets will be sold to members on a loyalty-point basis, one ticket per person. The number of loyalty points required will be announced on this website no later than 6pm on Thursday 25 April.

Friday 26 April from 10am until 11.30am: Tickets will be sold to members on a loyalty-point basis, one ticket per person. The number of loyalty points required will be announced on this website no later than 6pm on Thursday 25 April.

Friday 26 April from 12 noon until 1.30pm: Tickets will be sold to members on a loyalty-point basis, one ticket per person. The number of loyalty points required will be announced on this website no later than 6pm on Thursday 25 April.

Tickets will be sold online from 7am and from 9.15am at the ticket office for personal callers and telephone sales.

Accessible Car Parking
Supporters with a valid blue badge can apply for a car parking space from 9.15am on Wednesday 1 May. Car parking spaces are subject to availability and can be applied for by calling 0371 811 2012 or international 0044 207 915 1950.

Allocation
We have received an allocation of 2660 tickets.


Business season tickets or multiple season tickets in one name
Season tickets held in a business name (as determined by the club) cannot purchase tickets for UEFA away matches.

Any season ticket holder who holds two or more season tickets in one name can only purchase one UEFA away match ticket.

Tickets purchased using season tickets in a business name or multiple names will have the ticket order refunded.


Collection Procedure
Once the fully completed declaration forms have been received a voucher will be posted to the supporter who made the booking.

In order to collect the ticket each individual supporter will be required to bring with them in person the voucher and their valid passport. Please note copies of the passport will NOT be accepted and each supporter will need to visit the collection point in person. Tickets cannot be collected on behalf of other supporters.

Supporters who purchase a ticket at the ticket office in person will have the voucher sent out by post. No vouchers will be handed out at the ticket office at the time of purchase.

Further details in relation to the location of the ticket collection point, along with match security and safety information will be communicated to supporters by email as soon as possible.


Deadlines
Please note the following deadlines are in place for this match:

Declaration forms must arrive with the ticket office no later than 5pm Thursday 25 April.

Supporters who do not receive their voucher must contact the ticket office on Tuesday 30 April.

Tickets will go off sale at 5pm Thursday 25 April.


Declaration form submission
Each supporter will need to fully complete their own declaration form once the booking has been made. Each declaration form must have a hand-written signature from the individual ticket holder.

The declaration form must be completed accurately including the passport number of the applicant.

Supporters who order two tickets or more in one transaction will be required to submit the application forms from that transaction on the same time.

Failure to comply with the above information will result in the declaration forms being returned without tickets issued.
