Gary Cahill reflects on Chelsea career in final captain's column in tonight's programme

In tonight's matchday programme, Gary Cahill has written a final farewell to Chelsea supporters in his captain's column. 

The defender came on for the final few minutes of Sunday's win over Watford and received a rapturous reception from everyone inside Stamford Bridge after seven-and-a-half trophy-laden years at Chelsea. 

In his emotional final captain's column in tonight's programme, Cahill reflects on his Blues career from start to finish and reveals some of his best memories since signing from Bolton in January 2012. He also explains why Chelsea have enjoyed so much success in the past few years.
