Eden Hazard is among the nominees for the PFA Bristol Street Motors Premier League Fans’ Player of the Year award.
The Belgian has had a fantastic season for the Blues, helping us secure third place in the league and ensuring that Champions League football will return to Stamford Bridge next season, regardless of the outcome of Wednesday’s Europa League final with Arsenal in Baku.
Up against Hazard for the award are Man City trio Raheem Sterling, Sergio Aguero and Bernado Silva and Liverpool pair Virgil van Dijk and Sadio Mane.
The award is decided by football fans from across the globe and voting is open now.
You can vote for Hazard by clicking here and the voting will end at 8am on May 27.
Hazard has already been named the Premier League’s Playmaker of the Season, as well as making history at the Chelsea end of season awards by scooping the Player of the Year, Players’ Player of the Year and Goal of the Season awards for 2019, becoming the first Blues player to collect all three awards in the same year.
