We look in detail at the final few fixtures of the season for Chelsea and our Premier League rivals Manchester City, Liverpool, Tottenham, Arsenal and Manchester United…

If the 2018/19 season was anything to go by, it promises to be another tense finale to the campaign with so much to play for at the top of the table.

2018/19 Premier League season recap

Manchester City’s Premier League title was only confirmed on the final day, while the race for the top four swung this way and that with the Blues eventually assured of third place in the table with a final-day draw at Leicester City.

2019/20 Premier League final fixtures

Here we look at the last six games for the big six in 2019/20, listed in the order in which they finished the 2018/19 campaign. Each team has an even spread of three home games and three away fixtures in that time, although bear in mind rescheduling owing to teams’ involvement in European and domestic cup competitions means earlier games could be moved back towards the end of the season.

The two Manchester clubs don't face any of the other big six during the run-in. Liverpool travel to Arsenal and host us in consecutive weeks, while the maiden North London derby at Tottenham's new stadium is in the last week of April.
