Get Ready For Legends - Real Madrid v Chelsea

The Chelsea Legends are in action again this weekend, flying out to the Spanish capital to take on their Real Madrid counterparts at the Santiago Bernabeu and you can watch Sunday’s game live on the 5th Stand app.

The game will be shown live on the app to fans based in the UK and Ireland can be purchased for just 99p, with all the proceeds going to charity.

Sunday’s game, which kicks-off at 6.20pm UK time, sees the Blues Legends in action for the second summer running, following last year’s clash with Inter Forever at Stamford Bridge.

There are some great names in our squad, and we’ve ran the rule over those former Blues taking part…

Goalkeepers

Henrique Hilario

Portuguese goalkeeper who spent eight years in the Chelsea squad and famously made his debut in a win over Barcelona. Remains at the club as a goalkeeping coach.

Carlo Cudicini

Another former Blue who remains at Stamford Bridge as part of the backroom staff. A former Chelsea Player of the Year, Carlo has worked closely with Antonio Conte and Maurizio Sarri in recent seasons.

Another French defender who excelled all across the backline. Gallas won two Premier League titles with Chelsea.

A two-times winner of the Premier League, Makelele took in spells with Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain either side of his time at Chelsea. Moved into coaching after finishing his career.
