Frank Lampard will be speaking to the media tomorrow (Friday) ahead of Saturday's trip to face Norwich City. Here, we look at some of the subjects that may be discussed…

What time and where is the press conference?

Frank’s press conference will start at 1.15pm UK time at our Cobham training ground. You can watch it live on this website and our 5th Stand app.

Potential discussion points

Fitness of Rudiger and Hudson-Odoi

After completing the full 90 minutes in our development squad’s PL2 clash on Monday, Antonio Rudiger may be in contention to feature against Norwich following a long spell out through injury.

Callum Hudson-Odoi may also be closing in on a return to the team, having returned to training recently following a spell out injured.

Lampard is sure to be asked about the fitness of the pair and how far they are from a return to action.

Selection decisions

After impressing with his goal and all-round performance in Sunday’s 1-1 draw against Leicester, Mason Mount may be well placed for another start in midfield.

Lampard will once again have a decision to make regarding who will start up front. He is likely to be questioned about whether he will opt for Olivier Giroud, Tammy Abraham or Michy Batshuayi to fill the striking role.

Seeking that first Premier League win

Our head coach may be asked about the importance of getting the first Premier League win of the season on the board.

Picking up the three points at Carrow Road would also see Lampard register his first victory in charge, a significant milestone for any new manager.

When does the game take place?

Norwich City versus Chelsea is the Saturday lunchtime fixture in this weekend’s round of matches. Kick-off is 12:30pm UK time at Carrow Road.
