The teams: Chelsea v Newcastle


There are three changes from the side which played at Wembley against Tottenham midweek - one in defence, one in midfield and one in attack.

David Luiz returns in place of Andreas Christensen at the back. Mateo Kovacic, over his recent illness, comes in for Ross Barkley in the middle, and in attack, Pedro is selected with Callum Hudson-Odoi making way. Eden Hazard continues as central striker. 

For Newcastle, former Chelsea winger Christian Atsu is named in their side.
