Matchday travel news

The official Chelsea website brings you travel news ahead of Saturday's game against Nottingham Forest at the Bridge.

There is no service on the District line between Aldgate East and East Ham. Replacement buses operate. The Hammersmith & City line is closed between Hammersmith and Barking.

We advise you to check the TFL website prior to travelling.

National Rail

Engineering work is taking place between Streatham and Sutton via Mitcham Junction, closing all lines.

On Southern, buses replace trains between Streatham and Sutton via Mitcham Junction. On Thameslink, services between St Albans City and Sutton/Wimbledon will be amended to run to/from Herne Hill instead of Sutton.

Customers can use Southern replacement buses and London Buses for stations to Sutton via Mitcham Junction/Wimbledon.

You are advised to check the National Rail journey planner prior to your departure.

The roads

If you are travelling to Stamford Bridge by car, please remember Chelsea's Liftshare Scheme, which enables those supporters with room in their vehicle to give a fellow Blue a lift to the game.

Please check your route prior to departure through either the AA or RAC websites.

Traffic England have live Traffic alerts.

You can also follow the dedicated Chelsea police account on Twitter, which will provide useful updates and information on matchday.
