Blues handed home tie in FA Cup

Chelsea have been drawn to play either Sheffield Wednesday or Luton Town at home in the FA Cup fourth round.

The draw for the next stage of the competition, which we won last season, was made tonight, with Maurizio Sarri’s side handed a home tie  against lower-league opposition.

Sheffield Wednesday and Luton drew 0-0 on Saturday. The replay is scheduled for next Tuesday at Kenilworth Road.

Sheffield Wednesday are currently 16th in the Championship, Luton are second in League One.

We overcame both teams en route to reaching the final of the competition in 1994.

The Blues secured our place in the fourth round courtesy of a 2-0 win over Nottingham Forest on Saturday, with Alvaro Morata scoring twice
in the second half.

Draw in full:

Swansea City v Gillingham
AFC Wimbledon v West Ham United
Shrewsbury or Stoke City v Wolverhampton Wanderers
Millwall v Everton
Brighton v West Bromwich Albion
Bristol City v Bolton Wanderers
Accrington Stanley v Derby County or Southampton
Doncaster Rovers v Oldham Athletic
Chelsea v Sheffield Wednesday or Luton
Newcastle or Blackburn v Watford
Middlesbrough v Newport County
Manchester City v Burnley
Barnet v Brentford
Portsmouth v QPR
Arsenal v Man United
Crystal Palace v Tottenham

Ties will be played 25-28 January.
