Supporters have the opportunity to vote on which charity they would like to see collecting at Stamford Bridge for our second bucket collection of the season.
The game available for charities is the visit of West Ham on Saturday 30 November, with 18 medical charities entering the opening poll of the campaign.
Voting could not be simpler: click on Charity Collection Poll and select the organisation you would like to see collecting at the ground.
Polling will close at midday on Monday 18 November.
This season has already seen Shooting Star Children’s Hospices win the children’s charity vote, with the medical vote to be followed by one for a forces charity and community charity later in the season.
