Elsewhere in Europe, Danilo Pantic played the first hour of Mol Fehervar’s thrilling 3-3 draw at Zalaegerszeg in the Hungarian top flight and Victor Moses was taken off after 64 minutes of Fenerbahce’s 1-0 defeat at Kayserispor.In Brazil, Nathan started both of Atletico Mineiro’s games this week as they lost at home to Chapecoense and drew 2-2 at Fortaleza, although he was withdrawn at half-time of the latter fixture.

Reading continue their climb up the Championship table under Mark Bowen, with Matt Miazga once again at the heart of their defence as they beat Millwall 2-1 to record a second win from three matches under their new manager. They move up to 19th. Reading are a point behind Huddersfield Town, who are on a fine run of their own, and Trevoh Chalobah came on in the 76th minute to help them see out a 1-0 win at Brentford.

Despite their struggles in the second tier, the form of Izzy Brown has been a big plus for Luton of late and he was named in the Championship Team of the Month for October.
