Engineering work is taking place at London Bridge. No Southern trains will run between London Bridge and East Croydon. Trains will be diverted to London Victoria or be amended to start terminate at East Croydon.
Thameslink trains will be diverted between London Blackfriars and East Croydon and will not call at London Bridge. A revised timetable will be in operation with extended journey times.
Engineering work is taking place between Crewe and Wilmslow, closing all lines. On CrossCountry, train services to/from Manchester Piccadilly will be diverted, and will not call at Crewe or Wilmslow. Replacement buses will run between Crewe and Manchester Piccadilly, and Crewe, Wilmslow and Stockport.
Trains between Manchester Piccadilly and Crewe will start from/terminate at Alderley Edge. A bus will operate between Wilmslow and Crewe.
On Virgin Trains, train services to/from Manchester Piccadilly will be diverted to run via Macclesfield, and will not call at Crewe or Wilmslow.
On the District line, there is no service between High St Kensington and Edgware Road. The Circle line is shut between Hammersmith/High St Ken and Baker Street, and the Hammersmith & City line between Hammersmith and Baker Street.
On the Bakerloo line, there is no service between Queen's Park and Harrow & Wealdstone.
On London Overground, there is no service between Euston and Watford Junction, and New Cross Gate and West Croydon/Crystal Palace. Replacement buses operate.

Major roadworks are currently taking place on the Manchester Salford Inner Relief Road. The highway is reduced from two lanes in each direction to one. There will also be an overnight closure on the M60 between junctions 10 and 12 clockwise. Please allow extra time and plan your journey in advance.
If travelling to the game by car, please remember Chelsea's Liftshare Scheme, which allows those supporters with room in their vehicle to give a fellow Blue a lift to the game.
