‘There are many clubs interested in the transfer of Chelsea target Edinson Cavani, the Paris Saint Germain star’s mother has confirmed,’ reports the Metro.‘He is available on a free transfer in the summer, however, and will leave the Parc des Princes. Frank Lampard is a known admirer of the 33-year-old former Napoli forward but Cavani’s mother, Berta Gomez, suggested his preference is a move to Spain, which could see a move to Atletico back on the cards.’‘We have to think carefully. At the moment, he has no intention of returning to Uruguay, he is planning to continue in Europe and would like to go to Spain,’ are the quotes from Cavani’s mother.
