It’s the start of the 2019/20 season and a hero is back at the Bridge to take charge of an exciting young squad.

‘Frank Lampard: Coming Home’ is the story of Super Frank’s first season in charge of the Blues, the club he loves, charting the highs and lows in a special six -part documentary boxset.

The story follows the entire journey of the 2019/20 season, starting from the day Lampard was appointed and following the adventure through our pre-season tours to Ireland and Japan.

From the impact of the transfer ban and those tough season openers, to turning London Blue in December, the challenges of the season being paused due to lockdown and the global pandemic of Covid-19, as well as the race for the top four, Lampard reflects candidly on his first season in charge in this epic six-part series.
