It has been confirmed that Chelsea Women’s opening two Barclays FA Women’s Super League fixtures have been chosen to be broadcast live on television.
Our opening match of the 2020/21 season, away to Manchester United on Sunday 6 September, will be shown live on BT Sport 1. This match kicks off at 2:30pm.
The following Sunday we welcome Bristol City to Kingsmeadow and this game has been selected to be shown on the BBC Red Button and kicks off at an earlier time of 12:30pm.
Emma Hayes’ side begin our new campaign on Saturday by taking on Manchester City in the Women’s FA Community Shield at Wembley Stadium. The showpiece event kicks off at 12.30pm will be available to watch live on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
Please note all fixtures will be played behind closed doors until it is safe for fans to return to stadiums.
