Last few copies of FA Cup programme available online; Hudson-Odoi exclusive and Docherty tributes feature

The last few copies of the matchday programme from our FA Cup game against Morecambe are available online now. Click here to purchase one!

Former Chelsea manager Tommy Docherty, who passed away late last year, is featured on the cover and there is a seven-page picture special on The Doc inside as well.

The main interview feature is with Callum Hudson-Odoi who spoke exclusively to us about his game, going deep into analysis mode to reveal his approach to wing play and his recent performances.

‘I feel like I’m getting more confident day by day, I feel like I’m getting over my injury much more now, and I’m feeling more free,’ he tells us. ‘I’m confident in what I’m doing, and now I need to keep working hard, keep showing myself on the pitch and keep proving that I can become better and better.

‘As a dribbler, I love to receive the ball as quickly as possible and try to do what I need to do to get past the defender. But it’s not always about dribbling, sometimes it’s about opening up the game, finding a pass quickly inside and creating space for everyone else.

‘You want to be unpredictable, you don’t want every defender to know exactly what you’re going to do as soon as you get on the ball. I like to change it up, play one-twos, switch the play, even if it’s driving with the ball inside and creating a chance from there. I just try to find different ways, a variety of different plays to get through to goal.’

In addition to Hudson-Odoi, you can also hear from a host of voices around the club as Frank Lampard, Cesar Azpilicueta, Emma Hayes, Andy Myers and Ed Brand bring us up to date with all the latest in their columns.

Then there’s all our historical content, as Chris Sutton speaks to us about his season at the club and Chelsea historian Rick Glanvill continues his story of Stamford Bridge in Brick by Brick.

All this, plus all the latest news and stats, are part of your matchday programme, priced £3.50 plus P&P, from our publications partner Reach Sport. Get your copy here.
