You can now cast your vote for the winner of Chelsea’s Goal of the Month award for March, with five great strikes across our men’s, women’s and Academy sides to choose from.

The men’s team is represented by three goals scored by three different players across as many competitions, with one each by Mason Mount, Emerson Palmieri and Hakim Ziyech in the Premier League, Champions League and FA Cup, respectively.

Also nominated are Sam Kerr for her fine effort against Wolfsburg in the Women’s Champions League quarter-finals and Silko Thomas’ equaliser for our Under-18s against Crystal Palace.

Option one: Mason Mount v Liverpool (A)

Mount gave us victory at Anfield when he latched on to N’Golo Kante’s long pass on the left and cut inside, evading two defenders before curling low past Alisson into the far bottom corner.

Option two: Silko Thomas v Crystal Palace (A)

It turned out to be just a consolation in a 2-1 defeat, but it was a memorable one as Thomas cut inside his man smartly with the ball and curled a shot around the keeper from the edge of the box.

Option three: Emerson Palmieri v Atletico Madrid (H)

The Italian international came off the bench to put the icing on the cake of our progress to the Champions League quarter-finals in injury time, firing a low first-time finish into the net with his first touch of the game after Pulisic had carried the ball upfield on the counter.

Option four: Hakim Ziyech v Sheffield United (H)

Ziyech sealed our 2-0 victory in the FA Cup quarter-finals late on as he showed great control and agility to bring down Ben Chilwell’s cross with his right before firing in low with his left.

Option five: Sam Kerr v Wolfsburg (A)

The pick of the bunch in an excellent 5-1 aggregate victory in the Champions League quarter-finals saw a fine team move end with Kerr taking the ball around the goalkeeper and sending it into the roof of the net from a tight angle.
