In accordance with the UK Government’s easing of restrictions combating the spread of Covid-19, we are pleased to announce that from Monday 12 April, we are able to welcome visitors back to parts of our business, including the Stadium Megastore and Health Club and Spa, plus outdoor dining at the Copthorne Hotel, and we have information on further reopening in May.
Please note, fans will not be admitted to the stadium site for home games at Stamford Bridge. The whole site will be closed to the public.
On non-matchdays, access to the site will be limited to journeys directly to the facilities that have reopened. We will restrict access should numbers require us to do so. Both the Stamford Gate and the Britannia Gate entrances will be open.
The Stadium Megastore at Stamford Bridge will recommence trading on Monday 12 April, with the reopening celebrated with a special sale - 70 per cent off all clothing in store, including all 2020/21 kits.
Opening hours are as follows:
Monday to Saturday: 10am – 5pm
Sunday: 11am – 5pm
Home matchdays: closed
As we re-open, the health of our supporters, visitors and staff is our top priority and we have introduced a number of measures to ensure the safety of all:
• Reduced capacity with a maximum of 76 customers in store at any one time. This may require queuing outside of the store
• Hand sanitiser dispensers at store entrance and on shop floor
• Face masks to be worn at all times unless exempt
• Enhanced cleaning measures throughout the day
• Directional and safety signage for appropriate social distancing
• Customers will not be permitted to try on merchandise
• Shirt printing services will only be available for shirts purchased within the store on the day*
• Extended exchange and refund policy from 30 to 90 days
As part of Chelsea Football Club’s move towards a cashless stadium at Stamford Bridge, the Stadium Megastore will be accepting cashless transactions only, with a contactless limit of £45. Normal credit or debit card transactions accepted for all amounts.
HEALTH CLUB AND SPA
In addition to the Megastore, the Chelsea Health Club at Stamford Bridge will also re-open for its members on Monday 12 April, with treatments at the Spa open to the general public from the same day.
Further details of which facilities and class types will be operational, plus extra safety protocols, are being communicated directly to Health Club members.
The Millennium and Copthorne Hotels at Stamford Bridge continue to be open only for guests who are defined by government stipulations as essential travellers.
Outside dining at the hotels will commence from Monday 12 April, weather and matches at the stadium permitting, from 7am for guests and other visitors to Stamford Bridge. Last food orders are at 5.30pm with last drinks 6pm. It is card payment only
Dining will be located in front of the Copthorne Hotel with a maximum of six people from one or two households per booking/table. Reservations are not required.

STADIUM TOURS AND MUSEUM
Currently, Stamford Bridge Stadium Tours are due to recommence and the Museum reopen on Monday 17 May.
On Friday 21 May, Ron Harris will lead a golden anniversary tour to mark 50 years to the day when he famously led the Blues to Cup Winners’ Cup glory against Real Madrid in Athens in 1971. This very special tour will feature highlights from the match, artefacts from the era and photo opportunities with the club’s stunning European trophy collection. Only limited spaces are available so book now to avoid disappointment.
To ensure the safety and comfort of our visitors and staff while at Stamford Bridge, protection measures are in place throughout the Museum and Stadium Tour experience. All tours must be booked at least 24 hours in advance, visitors are required to wear a face covering (unless exempt), hand-sanitising stations are available throughout and tour group capacities have been reduced to ensure distancing as you move through the stadium.
