Chelsea Football Club is delighted to confirm we will be able to welcome supporters back to Stamford Bridge for our Premier League fixture against Leicester City, subject to the expected further easing of lockdown restrictions on Monday 17 May.

Stage three of the government’s lockdown exit strategy includes the admission of crowds at large outdoor events. At Stamford Bridge, the capacity will be capped at approximately 8000. We are thrilled supporters can return in such numbers, and for what could be such a pivotal fixture.

Attendance will be limited to home supporters, per the Premier League’s agreement with UK government.

Ticket information

The significant majority of the tickets available will be sold to 2019/20 season ticket holders on a loyalty point basis, with a further 500 tickets to be balloted among season ticket holders.

The split between general admission seats and hospitality seats available will generally be the same percentage split that exists at Stamford Bridge in normal circumstances. Each of those two categories of tickets will have a separate ticket process. Season ticket holders will not be able to apply for hospitality seats, and hospitality customers will not be able to apply for general admission tickets.

The club has contractual obligations to our commercial partners, broadcasters, players and others and we have discussed ticketing with them. All have been very cooperative and helpful in making as many tickets as possible available for Chelsea fans.
