Non-disabled supporters can apply online or through telephone sales at the relevant on sales period detailed above.

Disabled Supporters Application Process Supporters who are registered disabled can apply by downloading the away disabled ticket application form which can be found by clicking here.

Disabled supporters can submit this application form to [email protected] or by phone from 10am on the disability line on 0371 811 2012 or international 0044 207 915 1950, at the relevant sales period detailed above.

Disabled members MUST NOT purchase tickets for matches online as they will not receive a personal assistant ticket.

Coach Travel Coach travel to Villa Park will be on sale at 10am on Tuesday 30 November. Coaches (including a wheelchair accessible coach) will depart Stamford Bridge at 11.15am and Newport Pagnell at 1.15pm.

Coaches will be priced at £10. Applications for the coach travel will go off sale at 5pm on Thursday 16 December or until coaches reach full capacity. Please note that all timings are estimated and will be confirmed on your final itinerary sent via email 3 - 5 days before travel.

Car Parking at Stamford Bridge:Car parking at Stamford Bridge for domestic coach travel is now available to book with Sportsbreaks.com. Parking is priced at £10 per vehicle and you will be able to select this option when making your normal coach travel booking. Please follow instructions when making your booking with Sportsbreaks.com, ensuring you provide them correctly with your car make and registration. Car parking will not be available to supporters who have not pre-booked this with sportsbreaks.com. We recommend booking early as spaces are limited.

Allocation We have received an allocation of 2981 tickets which includes an allocation of 8 non-ambulant and 8 personal assistant tickets. Ambulant tickets will be taken from the main allocation.

Accessible ParkingAlso included are 10 car park spaces for visiting disabled supporters located in the Away Coach Park, this is across the road from the visitors' turnstiles. Car Park spaces are charged at £7 each.

Dispatching of tickets Tickets will be posted out via first class post.Duplicate tickets Supporters who do not receive their tickets by post should contact the ticket office no later than Thursday 23 December before 5pm.Loyalty points Supporters will receive 3 (three) loyalty points for this match.
