The selling arrangements for our Premier League match away against Manchester City on Saturday 15 January (kick-off 12.30pm) are as follows:

Important informationSupporters attending away matches should complete the self-declaration form confirming their Covid status ahead of each away match. This form can be completed by clicking here

The online process requires supporters to confirm that have a valid NHS Covid pass or negative NHS Covid test within the previous 48 hours before the match. In line with Government guidelines, supporters should be prepared to show these either of these documents when entering the stadium.

Supporters are also reminded that face covering should be worn indoors or in crowded areas at the stadium, as this is now a legal requirement.

Ticket sales informationIn line with government guidelines, we have more staff working from home. Therefore, general admission tickets for non-disabled supporters will be sold online only for the foreseeable future.

Wednesday 22 December from 10am until 11.30am ONLINE ONLY: Season ticket holders with 90 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Wednesday 22 December from 12pm until 1.30pm ONLINE ONLY: Season ticket holders with 85 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Wednesday 22 December from 2pm until 3.30pm ONLINE ONLY: Season ticket holders with 80 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Wednesday 22 December from 4pm ONLINE ONLY: All remaining season ticket holders who have yet to purchase can purchase one ticket per person.

Due to sales for the Tottenham Carabao Cup game, sales of Man City tickets to members will now begin on Friday 7 January

Disabled Supporters Application Process

Disabled supporters can apply by telephone sales on the disability line 0371 811 2012 or international 0044 207 915 1950 or by submitting the application form to [email protected] during the relevant sales period as detailed above.

To receive a personal assistant ticket disabled members will need to apply by telephone sale or via the application form and not purchasing online.Coach TravelCoach travel to The Etihad Stadium will be on sale at 10am on Wednesday 22 December.

Coaches (including a wheelchair accessible coach) will depart Stamford Bridge at 05.00am and Newport Pagnell at 06:30am.

Coaches will be priced at £10.00.

Applications for the coach travel will go off sale at 5pm on Friday 7 January or until coaches reach full capacity.

AllocationWe have received an allocation of 3,055 tickets which includes and allocation of 25 non-ambulant and 25 personal assistant tickets. Ambulant tickets will be taken from the main allocation.

Dispatching of ticketsTickets will be posted out via first class post.
