Important information

Supporters attending away matches should complete the self-declaration form confirming their Covid status ahead of each away match. This form can be completed by clicking here.

The online process requires supporters to confirm that have a valid NHS Covid pass or negative NHS Covid test within the previous 48 hours before the match. In line with Government guidelines, supporters should be prepared to show these either of these documents when entering the stadium.

Supporters are also reminded that face covering should be worn indoors or in crowded areas at the stadium, as this is now a legal requirement.

Ticket sales information

In line with government guidelines, we have more staff working from home. Therefore, general admission tickets for non-disabled supporters will be sold online only for the foreseeable future.

Friday 31 December from 10am until Tuesday 4 January 12pm ONLINE ONLY: Tickets will be sold to season ticket holders and members on the UK away scheme. Supporters on the scheme will be given 500 temporary loyalty points. Maximum 10 tickets per transaction.

Wednesday 5 January from 10am until 11.30am ONLINE ONLY: Tickets will be sold to season ticket holders on a loyalty point basis, one ticket per person. The number of loyalty points required will be announced on this website no later than 6pm on Tuesday 4 January.

Disabled Supporters Application Process

Disabled supporters can apply by telephone sales on the disability line 0371 811 2012 or international 0044 207 915 1950 or by submitting the application form to [email protected] during the relevant sales period as detailed above.

Supporters who are registered disabled wishing to apply by email can download the away disabled ticket application form which can be found by clicking here.

To receive a personal assistant ticket disabled members will need to apply by telephone sale or via the application form and not purchasing online.

Allocation

We have received an allocation of 5792 tickets which includes and allocation of 42 non-ambulant and 42 personal assistant tickets. Ambulant tickets will be taken from the main allocation.

Dispatching of tickets

Tickets will be posted out via first class post.

Duplicate tickets

Supporters who do not receive their tickets by post should email the ticket office on Wednesday 12 January before 5pm.Loyalty points

Supporters will receive 5 (five) loyalty point for this match. Please note the loyalty points for this fixture will be added to supporters accounts on Friday 7 January at 5pm.

Ticket prices We have been allocated blocks 113-118 in the lower tier and blocks 420-424 in the middle tier. All tickets in the lower tier (with the exception of block 113) are rail seating tickets. We will be selling tickets in the lower tier block 113 first.
