Important information

Supporters attending away matches should complete the self-declaration form confirming their Covid status ahead of each away match. This form can be completed by clicking here.

The online process requires supporters to confirm that have a valid NHS Covid pass or negative NHS Covid test within the previous 48 hours before the match. In line with Government guidelines, supporters should be prepared to show these either of these documents when entering the stadium.

Supporters are also reminded that face covering should be worn indoors or in crowded areas at the stadium, as this is now a legal requirement.

Ticket sales information

In line with government guidelines, we have more staff working from home. Therefore, general admission tickets for non-disabled supporters will be sold online only for the foreseeable future.

Wednesday 12 January from 10am ONLINE ONLY: Tickets will be sold to season ticket holders at one ticket per person.

Thursday 13 January from 10am ONLINE ONLY: Tickets will be sold to members at one ticket per person.

Disabled Supporters Application Process

Disabled supporters can apply by telephone sales on the disability line 0371 811 2012 or international 0044 207 915 1950 or by submitting the application form to [email protected] during the relevant sales period as detailed above.

Supporters who are registered disabled wishing to apply by email can download the away disabled ticket application form which can be found by clicking here.

To receive a personal assistant ticket disabled members will need to apply by telephone sale or via the application form and not purchasing online.

Coach Travel

Coach travel to The Amex Stadium will be on sale at 10am on Wednesday 12 January, priced at £10. Coaches (including a wheelchair accessible coach) will depart Stamford Bridge at 3.15pm and Cobham Services at 4.15pm (no parking arranged at Services).

Applications for the coach travel will go off sale at 5pm on Thursday 13 January or when coaches reach full capacity. Please note that all timings are estimated and will be confirmed on your final itinerary sent via email 3-5 days before travel.

Car parking at Stamford Bridge

Car parking at Stamford Bridge for domestic coach travel is now available to book with sportsbreaks.com. Parking is priced at £10 per vehicle and you will be able to select this option when making your normal coach travel booking.

Please follow instructions when making your booking, ensuring you provide correct details about your car make and registration. Car parking will not be available to supporters who have not pre-booked this with sportsbreaks.com. We recommend booking early as spaces are limited.

Allocation

We have received an allocation of 3,112 tickets for the fixture at the American Express Community Stadium. This includes 21 pairs of wheelchair user and personal assistant tickets. Ambulant tickets will be taken from the main allocation.

Dispatching of tickets

Tickets will be posted out via first class post.

Duplicate tickets

Supporters who do not receive their tickets by post should email the ticket office on Tuesday 18 January before 5pm.Loyalty points

Supporters will receive 3 (three) loyalty point for this match.
