Covid procedure

In order to enter the stadium supporters aged 12 and above will need to present a PCR test that is not more than 48 hours old. Facemasks are required at all times in the stadium.

Loyalty points

Supporters will receive five loyalty points for each match. Loyalty points will only be applied on Saturday 12 February.

We will work with FIFA to only reward loyalty points for tickets that have been scanned at the turnstile. Proof of travel may also be requested before the loyalty points are added to supporters accounts.

Ticket sales information

In line with government guidelines, we have more staff working from home. Therefore, general admission tickets for non-disabled supporters will be sold online only for the foreseeable future.

Remaining tickets will be sold as follows:

Tuesday 11 January from 10am until 1130am ONLINE ONLY: Members with 72 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person. Season ticket holders who have not already purchase, can purchase one ticket per person.

Tuesday 11 January from 12pm until 1.30pm ONLINE ONLY: Members with 67 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person. Season ticket holders who have not already purchase, can purchase one ticket per person.

Tuesday 11 January from 2pm until 3.30pm ONLINE ONLY: Members with 62 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person. Season ticket holders who have not already purchase, can purchase one ticket per person.

Tuesday 11 January from 4pm until 5pm ONLINE ONLY: All remaining members can purchase one ticket per person. Season ticket holders who have not already purchased a ticket, can purchase one ticket per person.

Allocation and stadium entry information

We will play our first match in the semi-final at the Mohammed Bin Zayed Stadium on Wednesday 9 February. Kick-off will be 8.30pm local time.

Should we lose the first match we will play in the 3rd place play-off match in Al Nahyan Stadium on Saturday 12 February. Kick-off will be 8.30pm local time.

Should we win the first match we will play in the Final at the Mohammed Bin Zayed Stadium on Saturday 12 February. Kick-off will be 8.30pm local time.

We will receive an allocation of just over 2000 tickets for each match.

Dispatching of tickets

Tickets for the semi-final will be emailed to supporters approximately one week prior to the match. Tickets for the 3rd placed match or the final will only be emailed to supporters upon qualification.

Deadlines

Please note tickets will go off sale at 5pm on Tuesday 11 January.

Declaration forms must arrive with the ticket office no later than 12pm on Friday 14 January.

Declaration form submission

Each supporter will need to fully complete a declaration form once the booking has been made.

The declaration form must be completed accurately including the passport number of the applicant.

Supporters who purchase two tickets or more in one transaction will be required to submit the application forms from that transaction at the same time.

Failure to comply with the above information will result in the declaration forms being returned without tickets issued.

Duplicate tickets

We regret to inform supporters there will be no duplicate tickets available for each match.

Official travel

Due to shortness of time, there will be no club travel for this fixture.

Ticket prices

When logging into the online ticketing system supporters will be presented with the option to purchase a ticket for the semi-final, third-placed match and the final.

Tickets for the third placed match or the final (whichever one we do not qualify for) will be refunded automatically by Friday 18 February.

A £2 administration fee will be added to each transaction.

Supporters who require wheelchair tickets should contact the access team in order to request a matchday ticket. We will then speak with FIFA regarding the allocation and price.

RefundsRefunds will only be given to supporters for the match that we do not qualify for (3rd placed match or the Final).
