Ticket sales information

Friday 14 January from 2pm until Monday 17 January 5pm ONLINE ONLY: Season tickets holders can purchase their own seat.

Tuesday 18 January from 10am ONLINE ONLY: As per the ticketing policy the season ticket holders who have not purchased a seat will be able to purchase any remaining seat that has not been taken by fellow season ticket holder in the reservation period.

Wednesday 19 January from 10am ONLINE ONLY: Tickets will be sold to members at one ticket per member. Season ticket holders who do not already have a ticket will be able to purchase at one ticket per person.

Thursday 20 January from 10am until 1.30pm ONLINE ONLY: Season ticket holders and members can purchase an extra two tickets (maximum of three in total).

Thursday 20 January from 2pm ONLINE ONLY: Tickets will go on general sale maximum four tickets per person.

Displaced Season Ticket Holders

As Plymouth have taken the Shed End for this fixture, displaced season ticket holders can purchase any of the available seats not taken by a season ticket holder.

Important information

Supporters attending home matches should complete the self-declaration form confirming their Covid status ahead of each home match.

The online process requires supporters to confirm that have a valid NHS Covid pass or negative NHS Covid test within the previous 48 hours before the match. In line with Government guidelines, supporters should be prepared to show these either of these documents when entering the stadium.

Supporters are also reminded that face covering should be worn indoors or in crowded areas at the stadium, as this is now a legal requirement.

Disabled Members Application Process

Disabled supporters can apply by telephone sale on the disability line 0371 811 2012 or international 0044 207 915 1950 or by submitting the application form to [email protected] during the relevant sales period as detailed above.

Supporters who are registered disabled wishing to apply by email can download the home disabled ticket application form which can be found by clicking here.

To receive a personal assistant ticket disabled members will need to apply by telephone sale or via the application form and not purchasing online.All ticket sales are subject to availability.

Accessible Car Parking

Supporters with a valid blue badge can apply for a car parking space from 10am on Tuesday 25 January. Car parking spaces are subject to availability and can be applied for by emailing [email protected]

Dispatching of tickets

Supporters will need to ensure they have a valid email address registered in their online account as all tickets are print@home and will be dispatched via email from Tuesday 18 January.

Supporters should print the tickets off in advance of matchday as there is no facility at Stamford Bridge to print them.

Duplicate tickets

Duplicate tickets will only be given to the individual season ticket holder or member. Supporters should visit the ticket office on the day of the match with photo ID and where applicable the season ticket/membership card.

Loyalty points

Supporters will receive 5 (five) loyalty points for this match.
