Important information

Supporters attending away matches should complete the self-declaration form confirming their Covid status ahead of each away match. This form can be completed by clicking here.

The online process requires supporters to confirm that have a valid NHS Covid pass or negative NHS Covid test within the previous 48 hours before the match. In line with Government guidelines, supporters should be prepared to show these either of these documents when entering the stadium.

Supporters are also reminded that face covering should be worn indoors or in crowded areas at the stadium.

Ticket sales information

In line with government guidelines, we have more staff working from home. Therefore, general admission tickets for non-disabled supporters will be sold online only for the foreseeable future.

Monday 24 January from 10am until 11.30am: ONLINE ONLY: Season ticket holders with 109 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.Monday 24 January from 12pm until 1.30pm ONLINE ONLY: Season ticket holders with 104 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Monday 24 January from 2pm until 3.30pm ONLINE ONLY: Season ticket holders with 99 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.Monday 24 January from 4pm ONLINE ONLY: All remaining season ticket holders who have yet to purchase can purchase one ticket per person.Tuesday 1 February ONLINE ONLY: Tickets will be sold to members on a loyalty point basis, one ticket per person. The number of loyalty points required will be announced on this website no later than 6pm on Monday 31 January.

Disabled Supporters Application Process

Disabled supporters can apply by telephone sales on the disability line 0371 811 2012 or international 0044 207 915 1950 or by submitting the application form to [email protected] during the relevant sales period as detailed above.

Supporters who are registered disabled wishing to apply by email can download the away disabled ticket application form which can be found by clicking here.

To receive a personal assistant ticket disabled members will need to apply by telephone sale or via the application form and not purchasing online.

Allocation

We have received an allocation of 2,866 tickets for the fixture at Selhurst Park. This includes 29 pairs of wheelchair user & personal assistant tickets.

Ambulant tickets will be taken from the main allocation.

Dispatching of tickets

Tickets will be posted out via first class post.

Duplicate tickets

Supporters who do not receive their tickets by post should email the ticket office on Friday 18 February before 5pm.Loyalty points

Tickets for this match will go off sale online on Friday 18th February at 3pm. Tickets can then be purchased in person at the Kingsmeadow ticket office on matchday, subject to availability. Only card payments are accepted.
