The Met Office has issued a red warning for much of Friday in London and the south-east of England, the highest level which carries a danger to life, and has advised against all but essential travel from home.

As a result, our London derby with Spurs scheduled for 7pm at Kingsmeadow has been called off. Ticket holders will be emailed and, if fans cannot make the rearranged date, refunds will be available up to 48 hours before the game.

Our Under-18s match at Reading on Saturday morning has also been postponed. New dates for both fixtures will be confirmed in due course.

It means our next scheduled Academy action will take place in the FA Youth Cup quarter-finals at Stamford Bridge next Thursday 24 February against Blackpool and you can purchase tickets for that one online right now.
